Perform accounting-related duties and work closely with the finance or assistant controller and the accounting team to achieve organizational goals.

Assist with financial statement preparation of monthly, Quarterly, GL Mapping, Account reconciliation, and other related finance projects
Prepare monthly financial reports for assigned entities and assist ad-hoc request support to corporate controller
Assist in month-end closure and handle ad hoc journal requests
Accounts and Checklist, Mapping Roll Forward every month.
Daily review of all revenues and posts in the general ledger
Assist in evaluating reports, decisions, and departmental results about established goals.
Maintain accounting records and compile management reports.
General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
Preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements
State and local operational tax filings
Strong in Accrual, Prepaid, and Fixed Assets calculations
Strong in schedules and filings
Maintain Payroll register, reconciliation, and Forex Revaluation
Distribute all financial statements and month-end reports to ownership, management company, and department heads
Should be firm in the covenant (Debt & Equity) calculations

Ability to work with mathematical concepts
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills
Able to carry out tasks independently and accurately.
Ability to manage time and energy efficiently, effectively, and organized manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements.
