Senior Delivery Manager - Finance and Accounting

Job Description

A senior delivery manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients. The scope involves leading project teams, troubleshooting reliability issues, problem-solving, decision-making, progress monitoring, KPI tracking, and budget management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers and ensure excellent customer experience and business growth.

  • Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery within business needs

  • Handle customer onboarding and transition lifecycle management

  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues and manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries

  • Lead the service delivery team, manage conflicts, and ensure efficient processing and execution of tasks

  • Determine ways to reduce costs and manage FTE effectively within budget without impacting customer satisfaction

  • Assess customer feedback and establish, improve, and refine services using creativity

  • Build partnerships and liaise with team leaders to determine services, delivery criteria, and issue solutions

  • Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive business performance

  • Provide monthly/quarterly high-quality MIS for management review and analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

  • MBA Finance/M.com/CA

Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, leadership, project management, quality controls, and resource planning skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to undertake multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing working environment

  • Develop process improvements to achieve cost-effectiveness and time savings.

  • Ability to define, simplify, standardize processes, and implement best practices

  • Proactive thinking and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, remaining organized and meeting deadlines

Experience

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in handling process delivery, clients, and people management

  • Project management experience will be an added advantage.

  • Core experience in end-to-end finance and accounting domain

  • Experience in handling US clients and willingness to work in the US time zone
